Subject: Notification of the dissolution of a subsidiary company
To: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Reference is made to the resolution of the Board of Director's meeting No. 10/2009 held on 29 October 2009 has approved to dissolve operations of Water Trades and Services Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company, with registered capital of 5 million bath. Due to WTS already completed the mission which was providing support and services for the community's drinking water vending machine and assisting in the services related to selling existing vending machines. According to this dissolution, there is no major effect in overall aspects within the company's operation.
The Company will proceed to register dissolution within December 2009 and its liquidation within February 2010 subsequently.
