Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited has informed the schedule of the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 1.00 p.m. at Vibhavadee Ballroom B, Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok Hotel (Ladprao), located on 1695, Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. The completed agendas have already been announced according to our letter ref. EW.01-095-2010 mentioned earlier on February 15, 2010.

To provide shareholders with additional channel of information, the Company has posted the invitation letter of the 2009 AGM together with all attachments on our website at http://www.eastwater.com, since March 5, 2010 onwards.
