Subject : Notification of the Progress of the Prasae-Klongyai Project

Reference: Letter, No. EW 01/019-2010 dated on January 14, 2010

Reference is made to Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited (Company) informing the progress of the Prasae-Klongyai project that the Company signed the purchasing-selling agreement of the asset of the project construction of piping connecting Prasae Reservoir to Klong Yai Reservoir in Rayong Province with Royal Irrigation Department (RID) on January 15, 2010.

In this regard, the Company would like to inform that the project was handovered to RID and the Company has already received the payment on April 1, 2010 and April 8, 2010, respectively.
