Subject : Notice to Submission of Thai Version of the Financial Statements ended 31th December 2010

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, on 14th February 2011, approved the consolidated financial statements and the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31st December 2010.

The Thai version of the consolidated financial statements and the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31st December 2010 is submitted herewith; however, the English version is under preparation of the Company's auditor and will be submitted to the SET on 16th February 2011. Therefore, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay of the English version.
